Mr. Tian Ye graduated in 1983 from Northwest Institute of Textile Science and Technology and continued his endeavor in the Institute as a lecturer for the Department of Textile Engineering, where he also obtained his master’s degree. He started his tenure as a regional sales manager in Asia at Anda Group, New Zealand after gaining his Masters in Business Administration from Massey University in 1993.

In 2001, Mr. Tian joined Esquel Group as sales manager and was soon appointed as Managing Director of Specialty Spinning. During his tenure at Esquel Group, he attended managerial training courses held by Harvard Business School, the School of Management at Tsinghua University, and China Europe International Business School. He was also appointed as visiting professor by Xi’an Polytechnic University and DongHua University.

Mr. Tian has keen interest and rich experience in new product development, technology innovation, and innovation management.
