Guymo graduated from the University of Hong Kong and has over 30 years of architectural design and project management experience in private practices, developers and the public sector. He is now the Vice President and General Manager (RLP China) of Ronald Lu & Partners. Over the past two decades at RLP, he led a versatile and energetic team to successfully complete a number of prestigious projects in both Hong Kong and Mainland China including master planning, design to execution.

He has extensive multi-disciplinary expertise across a wide spectrum of building types, including mixed-use developments, transit-oriented developments, a variety of schools and institutional buildings, and residential developments ranging from luxury houses to large-scale real estates. He also has considerable experience in interior / fitting-out design for residential premises. Some of his recent remarkable projects include the ongoing 475m high Wuhan CTF Finance Centre in Wuhan, the 530m high Tianjin CTF Finance Centre in Tianjin completed in 2019, the under-construction pioneering eco-industrial garden in Guilin -Integral, the recently completed high-end residential development named Chief Palace in Guangzhou and the new campus of Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College (UIC) in Zhuhai etc.

Guymo also has sound product development and master planning knowledge, and possesses a strong ability to create innovative architectural solutions within given design constraints. Dedicated to creative design ideas with vision, he is open to share his design passion with both clients and colleagues. As an advocate of sustainability, he strives to provide people-centered sustainable living through the integrative design solution in his projects.
