Angela Chan
Angela Chan is the Managing Director & President of Chargeurs*PCC Fashion Technologies with headquarters in New York, Paris and Hong Kong. Chargeurs*PCC Fashion Technologies is a global company manufacturing interlinings, technical fabrics and inner components. With 8 factories and 40 offices globally, Chargeurs*PCC services over 7,000 customers worldwide.
Prior to joining Chargeurs in 2018, Ms. Chan was the Chief Sourcing Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Business Development & Sourcing at Destination XL, an international multi-channel men’s apparel retail chain based in Boston, USA. Prior to Destination XL, she was in global sourcing and merchandising leadership roles for a number of major clothing brands such as Rocawear and PPR – Red Cats. She was a senior consultant for Gerson Lehrman Group specializes in the retail industries before joining PPR-Red Cats.
From 1995-2007, she operated out of New York and Hong Kong as a fashion designer and entrepreneur specialized in design, product development and supply chain management. She worked primarily in the womenswear and childrenswear markets for major global brands including Calvin Klein, The Limited, Elie Tahari and Victoria’s Secret. She also had her own designer brand and dressed numerous Hollywood stars and celebrities such as Uma Thurman and Geena Davis. She began her career at Macy’s Merchandising Group where she held positions in product development and merchandising.
Ms. Chan graduated from Pratt Institute with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree and had won the Fresh Face Designer award from WWD in 2002. Her wide range of experience in design, product development, supply chain, operations, sales and management has made her a one of the sought-after mentors in the fashion industry.
