Ben is Chief Executive for Grosvenor Asia Pacific, having joined Grosvenor in September 2014, and is a member of the Group Executive Committee. Ben is a property investor and developer by background with experience across the key Asia Pacific markets including Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok.

Prior to Grosvenor, Ben was with UBS Global Asset Management as Managing Director, Head of Global Real Estate Greater China and co-CEO of UBS/Gemdale. Prior to UBS, Ben was with HKR International, a Hong Kong based developer, latterly as Executive Director and Head of its Asia Pacific Business Unit.

Ben serves on the Board of the Asia Art Archive, is a member of the Zhejiang Province Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and member of the Urban Land Institute. Ben has an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College, USA.
