Mr. Wang Tiankai was Deputy Manager of Shaanxi Textile Industry Company; Deputy Director of Shaanxi Economic Development Commission; Director of Science and Technology Dep.of China’s Ministry of Textile Industry; Director of Development Planning Dep.of China Textile Council; Deputy Director General of China Textile Industry Bureau; Chairman of State-Owned Key Enterprises Supervision Committee (Vice Minister); Managing Director, Chairman of China Hi-Tech Group Corporation; Vice President of China National Textile and Apparel Council; and Member of the 11th CPPCC National Committee.

Mr. Wang is President of China National Textile and Apparel Council – CNTAC. He is also President of the International Textile Manufacturers Federation – ITMF.
