Mr. Chan is responsible for commercial strategy and project development of the Hong Kong electricity business of CLP Group.

Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cambridge in England. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant. With a finance background, Mr. Chan Joined the CLP Group in 2004. He had held various posts in different functional areas ranging from corporate finance, natural gas procurement, project management, strategic planning and commercial development.
