Maxine Fu
Maxine Fu is the Co-Founder and CEO of Yo-I Consultancy. She was formerly the Associate Partner and APAC Founding Lead of Industrial Energy Efficiency Specialists at McKinsey & Company. She was also the Lean Six Sigma Leader of GE Healthcare China.
Working with basic industries such as steel, non-ferrous metal, electricity, chemicals, pulp & paper, and cement industries, she achieved energy savings and operational transformation, and successfully brought 4 billion yuan in profits per year.
Maxine Fu founded Yo-I Consultancy in 2016, with the ambition to innovate the use of digital industrial technology to increase resource efficiency of basic industries. This is achieved by integrating resources and talent with industrial big data and information technology.
She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Bernard M. Baruch College, The City University of New York and her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Healthcare from Yale University. Moreover, she translated the book “Resource Productive Operations” which was then published by Shanghai Jiao Tong University Press in 2017.
