Jennifer Li is currently CEO and Managing Partner of Changcheng Investment Partners, a Baidu-anchored fund focusing on AI enabled opportunities.
Jennifer was previously CFO of Baidu Inc. She helped build Baidu from an emerging Internet company to a global search and AI powerhouse. She was effectively the COO&CFO, who ran all of Baidu’s corporate functions and several business units.
Prior to Baidu, Jennifer worked at General Motors for 14 years. Positions included GM China CFO and Controller for GMAC North America.
Jennifer has extensive global experiences in industrial and financial services sectors as well as technology sectors. She currently serves on 4 global leading companies. In 2010, Jennifer joined Philip Morris International as an independent board member, becoming the 4th Chinese executive ever, and the 1st woman from China to join a S&P 500 company board. She also serves as independent board member of HSBC Corporation Limited, ABB and Flex (formerly Flextronics).

In 2012, she was named Fortune’s “25 most popular business leaders in Asia”.
