Jeff Zhou
Dr. Zhou has 20 years of research, teaching and consulting experience in the field of lean manufacturing and management. He had worked for Lean Enterprise China (LEC) as a vice president and led its research and publication business for many years. LEC is a not-for-profit organization aiming at promoting lean thinking and practice in China. He is the leading translator of several high impact lean books including The Lean Manager, Gemba Kaizen (2nd edition) and The Lean Product and Process Development.
His personal mission is to contribute to the competitiveness of Made In China and bring more happiness to the manufacturing people through developing young talents and providing professional service to industries, In the university, he teaches courses like The Fundamentals of Industrial Engineering and Ergonomics and spends much effort in developing students’ interest in industrial engineering and manufacturing.
