Jacob Hsu is the CEO of Catalyte, one of the largest software engineering services companies in the United States. Catalyte advances human potential for the digital revolution using artificial intelligence to identify individuals with software developing potential, and helping companies to scale their software innovation. Mr. Hsu is a founding member of the Markel Foundation’s Rework America Task Force and a board member of Welcoming America.
As a Silicon Valley-based executive, advisor, and entrepreneur, Mr. Hsu has founded and helped transform start-ups into global, well-diversified companies. Prior to founding Catalyte, Mr. Hsu was CEO of Symbio, a global software engineering and R&D services company, Founding CEO of Trilogica, a data aggregation software company, and CEO of Epitome, a banking applications company. As co-founder and investor of over thirty companies in the United States and Asia, Mr. Hsu was named by the Chief Executive Magazine as one of the world’s Top 12 Young Global Leaders of Tomorrow, and as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.
Mr. Hsu graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and began his career in investment banking focusing on mergers and acquisitions.
