Victor is a well-respected and internationally-minded IT expert with 20 years’ professional experience gained from both the US and China. He has worked in a very broad spectrum of technologies and complicated industry solutions sectors, including SOA, Internet Services, Cloud Computing, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI). He was named IT Person of the Year in 2013, Chief Scientist of People’s Daily and Deputy President of Big Data Association of Tsinghua University.

Victor is the Co-founder and Chairman of ShuKun Technology. Founded in 2017, Shukun Technology provides AI technology to the healthcare industry by developing AI-based equipment to facilitate the efficiency and accuracy of healthcare services. Consequently, more members of the general public can benefit from professional healthcare services.

He was the co-founder and CEO of BBTREE, an interactive early education platform based in China, and also the Co-founder, Director and CTO of NetDragon WebSoft, Inc. Prior to joining NetDragon, he was Director of Innovation Institute of IBM, CTO of China R&D Center, IBM Distinguished Engineer, Candidate of IBM Fellow, and Member of the IBM Global Strategic Committee.

Victor graduated from Peking University with a Master Degree in Computer Science & Engineering in 1997. He gained his EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB).
