Jenny Gu is the Deputy General Manager of WeWork Greater China, which is a global leader in collaborative workspace powered by technology, design and focused on community building. She joined the company two years ago as the first Asia employee.

Prior, Jenny worked as a news anchor at China Central Television in Beijing for six years. CCTV News is a 24-hour live news channel broadcast in 100 countries. She was also the lead organizer of The Sanya Initiative, a second track U.S.-China military-to-military dialogue founded by a former U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff. It brought together a group of very senior-ranking retired generals and admirals to establish a platform for thoughtful, informed, and useful discussion, supplementing to and enhancing the bilateral military relationship of the two countries.

Jenny worked in Washington, D.C. as the Executive Assistant to U.S. Secretary of Labor Elaine L. Chao at the U.S. Department of Labor and The Heritage Foundation from 2006-2010.
