Xiaolai Luo is the General Manager of the Woven Fabric Mill at Esquel Guangdong. He graduated from Tsinghua University China with a Bachelor’s degree in Science and later obtained an MSE from Princeton University’s Graduate School. Luo joined Esquel Group in 2002, serving and managing a multitude of functions including supply chain management, production planning and control, and woven textile mill management. He is deeply interested in new technological breakthroughs and is always open to applying new innovations in the workplace, so as to drive the continuous transformation of Esquel’s modern factory operations.
