Albert Ni was one of the first five employees at Dropbox. There, he contributed first as a software engineer, building the company’s analytics and payments systems as well as the first version of Dropbox for Business. Later, he led engineering recruiting, personally overseeing each engineer hire from 35 to nearly 200, and helped establish the company’s foundational hiring processes and philosophies.

Today, Albert advises around two dozen organizations across a variety of industries, customer demographics, and locations worldwide, with an emphasis on leveraging that diversity of perspective to have a unique impact on each company.

Previously, Albert double majored in Computer Science and Theoretical Math at MIT, and was a USA Math Olympiad Winner.
