Queenie received a Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering from Xi’an Polytechnic University and a MBA, distinction from Cardiff Business School, University of Wales.

She joined Esquel in 1994 as the management trainee. She was the director of technical development center from year 2006 to 2009. From year 2010 to 2015, she run the garment operation in China. Recently, she took up the new assignment of woven business development, directly selling a new brand of shirts in China, as well as heading a cross-functional team to oversee the design and completion of the new garment factory at Jiumeiqiao in Guilin.
